What is going to happen after I leave my pet?

First a full physical exam will be performed by our Veterinarian.

Next, a small blood sample will be drawn to run pre-anesthetic bloodwork.

After many hugs, your pet will find his home away from home for the day.

After bloodwork is complete, your pet will have an intravenous catheter placed.  Fluids will be administered through this port and it also gives us access to a vein in case of an emergency.

Next, surgery is performed.

One of our Technicians will stay with your pet during the recovery period.
