From the receptionists to the Doctors- I feel like the staff is very informed and incredibly friendly. We have been patients for 2 years now, and my two labs would be devestaed if we went anywhere else! Posted By :
Lauren Zikes Posted : 3/22/2012 Comments : A few weeks ago we made the heartbreaking decision to put our fourteen year old Golden Retriever, Jake, to sleep, due to cancer. He was a family member to us and the staff treated him as such. The staff and doctors were wonderful and supportive during this difficult time. We recently received a sympathy card from the staff at Riverside, and we greatly appreciated their thoughts. The staff at Riverside are professional, friendly, and excellent... He is never scared to come here, for a checkup, a bath or to be boarded. The staff treat him like he is one of their own pets. I can not say enough good things about Riverside. I have moved from the area but when I am in town I will always use them. |
